*If you have a deck-only version of the game, a guide to setting up your boards is at the bottom of the page.

If you are playing solo, put only one secret in your timeline instead of two.
Gameplay Loop
The Day/Night cards are simplified cheat
sheets that summarize the gameplay loop
|
If you have the deck-only version of the game with no game boards, follow these instructions to make your own:
|
On an 8 1/2 x 11" page, draw three lines: one line dividing it down the long way, then dividing that long line into thirds. This will divide the page into six sections. Each section provides space for one face-up card.
Once you have one, do it again! Each player needs two boards. One board is the "Active Cards", it has a square in the top-left section to show where your Active Form goes (details on setup page 1). The other board, "Storage", has no distinguishing features. Label the boards accordingly.
|
The last board is the Clock. It's less necessary than the other two, but it's still helpful. It counts the energy spent on actions in a day, with a maximum of six. Without the Clock board, you need a zone for energy spent on actions and make sure it doesn't exceed six in a day.
You can make a clock board out of a half-sheet of paper. |
